Please fill out our questionnaire and registration form on the website before your arrival.
With the transfer of the deposit of €1.500 (which is non-refundable), your registration is binding.
If you cancel within three weeks before your reserved arrival date, the price of the first week must be paid. The flight costs (if booked by us), must also be paid back to us.
Any outstanding balance owed for your stay at Vida Libre must be paid within the first few days of your stay at the latest. This also applies if you cancel your stay without prior cancellation by email.
If you are unable to attend at the time you have booked for serious reasons (accident, hospitalisation, illness or death of a family member), only the deposit will be retained. A corresponding certificate must be sent to us within five days. Any additional payments you have made will be credited towards any stay booked with us at Vida Libra within the three months following your original booking.
Our offer is aimed exclusively at those who are self-funded.
We have accident insurance for accidents occurring on our premises.However, we advise you to take out an international accident insurancepolicy. (Or just remove an and don’t say policy)
In the event of illness occuring during your stay that requires hospitalisation; you or your health insurance will be liable. In the case of illnesses for which outpatient treatment is sufficient; you may be treated by our doctor. The cost for this additional medical care and forthe necessary medication will be borne by you or your health insurance. We therefore recommend that you ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage.
All costs that are not listed on our price page (e.g. additional massages) will be borne by you and are therefore additional costs.
Place of fulfilment is Palma de Mallorca. German law is applicable.
Should one of the above clauses be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a valid legal provision that is closest to the purpose of the contract.
